  • Honesty- Follows on from clarity, to be honest and trustworthy, for example if you book our express service then your goods will be collected and delivered directly, no additional stops or waiting around for more work heading in the same direction.

• We never make bold claims like being the best, fastest or the cheapest courier.

• All goods, no matter how big or small. Are safely secured before transit.

• We carry a range of equipment for securing goods, from various straps, corner protectors and 3 protective blankets (more available on request).

• We have the normal required ppe (personal protective equipment) always on board ( including gloves, hard hat, goggles, safety boots, work wear trousers).

• We have on board a sack truck and 2 dollies to help us to move your goods safely to the correct locations ( excellent for shopping centres, hospitals, office blocks etc.)

• Not that we have ever had a claim against us but for your peace of mind all goods are insured up to £25k (can be increased if needed)

• Communication is an important factor for us. from the first initial quote to the job being completed and invoiced. Keeping you, your customers or suppliers updated through every step along the way.

• We ask to be provided with 2 pods ( one for us and one for the delivery point) at collection or to be forwarded to us in advanced if not we will provide our own paper proof of delivery with every booking.

• We will provide you with an immediate proof of delivery upon collection or delivery of your goods. This can be a photograph of the paper pod or a picture of the goods delivered on your customers/ suppliers premises. These can be forwarded to you by email, whats app or posted to you within 3 working days ( £2 postage cost).

• Full details invoices will be raised within 3 days of completion of the booking.

• We always cover your bookings ourselves, If for any reason we are unable you fulfil your bookings personally then we will make this clear at the time of booking or at the nearest possible opportunity. We will always contact you to discuss the alternative options available. We will not just sub contract your work out without your permission.
